Equipment Sale - Street Sweeper

The City of Wilton is accepting sealed bids on a 1998 Elgin Series P Street Sweeper.

Equipment Information:

• 13,964 hours
• Includes one extra center broom
• Includes three curb brooms
• Needs new brakes
• Sold as is.

 

Bid Requirements:

A deposit of 10% of the bid amount must accompany the sealed bid and be made payable to the City of Wilton. The remaining balance is due within 15 days of bid acceptance.

The buyer is responsible for hauling and removal of the equipment.

 

Bid Deadline and Opening:

All bids must be submitted in writing and sealed. Bids must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on December 2, 2026.

Bids will be opened on December 2, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. during the regular City Commission meeting.
